20 ' x 20' West Coast Frame Tent (Sectional)

Our sturdy 20’ x 20’ West Coast  frame tent offers 400 sq. ft. of covered space with no center pole. The site must be at least 30’ x 30’, clear of overhead obstacles like trees, power lines, or structures.

Price includes professional setup and teardown by our trained crew. This tent is not available for customer installation or strike.

Listed prices exclude sales tax, delivery/pickup fees, damage waiver, and other charges. Rates reflect base pricing for short-term rentals; extended rentals may qualify for discounted or alternative pricing.

Anchoring Options

All tents require secure anchoring via staking or concrete ballasts. Staking is preferred when feasible.

· Staking: Multiple 42” steel stakes are used. Customers are resposible for  a site survey (e.g., https://811beforeyoudig.com/) before staking and sign a liability waiver.

· Concrete Ballasts: Used when staking isn’t possible, with weights ranging from 300 to 700 lbs. depending on tent size. Not all sites (e.g., with hills, gravel, curbs, steps, or narrow paths) are suitable for ballast anchoring.
