20' x 40' West Coast Frame Tent

Our West Coast Frame Tents are crafted from high-quality white sun-block
vinyl, providing a noticeable temperature difference between the
interior and exterior, which is particularly beneficial during the
summer months.

With their elegant scalloped edges and sloped panels,
these tents exude a timeless charm suitable for both weddings and
corporate events. Available in 20' x 40' Tent. Can combine mutlitple tents to make 40' x 80' . They are designed for versatility and can be set up
on various surfaces, including grass and pavement.

The absence of a center pole maximizes usable space, making them ideal for larger gatherings, while the lower ceiling and frame structure allow for
installation in tighter areas and on sloping terrain. Their aesthetic
appeal and functionality make West Coast Frame Tents a popular choice
for outdoor celebrations.

Seating Capacity

• 66 people for sit down dinners
• 80 for buffet-style dinners
• 100 people for cathedral (row) seating
• 160 for stand up, cocktail style parties

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- 30' x 50' area is required to allow room for proper staking
- Ground must be level and able to drive up to it.
- Delivery is required for all West Coast Frame Tent (see delivery quote on checkout)
- Setup and Tear- down of tent is included in the Rental Fee
- We will stake the tent into the ground using 42" metal stakes unless (6) 55 gallon water barrels added to order.
- Customer is responsible to have water at location within 100'
- For staked tents, a Locate request needs to be submitted by you to ensure all underground utilities are properly marked/flagged prior to your event date. Row productions does not take responsibility for any underground damages.
